Willi & Cornelia Dammer: Boondocks Dining Room and Lounge

Eastern Passage, NS

465-3474

We're a German couple, moved to Nova Scotia in 2010 and we found a beautiful Seafood Restaurant for sale, the Boondocks at Fisherman's Cove in Eastern Passage and bought it!

A lot of costumers noticed that we're from Germany and asked for German food. So, we decided to add some German attitude to the Menu. And so far we can say, the Schnitzel is still the hot seller in our restaurant. Every Wednesday is our German Day. On this day we're serving Schnitzel, Currywurst, Gulasch, Sauerkraut, Spätzle, Bratkartoffeln and more.

In the dessert range we offer in-house made cakes, like Apple Cake, Cheese Cake and Black Forest Cake and in the winter time we'll have original handmade German Christstollen.

When you eat so much, it's necessary to have something to drink. We're serving German Beer like Krombacher, DAB and Beck's and König
Ludwig Weissbier. During the Winter we'll serve German Tea Products as well.
